About
About Robinson Elementary School
Welcome to Robinson Elementary School, where we are dedicated to the mission of preparing, challenging, and empowering all students to reach their fullest potential. Our school, named after the esteemed Virgie Robinson, embodies a rich history of educational excellence and community engagement.
Honoring a Legacy
Virgie Robinson Elementary School, established in 2005, pays tribute to the remarkable educator and community civil rights activist, Virgie Robinson. Her impactful contributions to the district spanned many years, leaving an indelible mark on the educational landscape. The Robinson family, deeply connected to the district's educational endeavors, continues to maintain a strong presence in our school community. They graciously donate a $500 scholarship annually to a deserving senior within the district, fostering a tradition of support and recognition.
Active Engagement and Giving Back
Robinson Elementary is proud of its vibrant Associated Student Body (ASB). Each year, the ASB takes the lead in guiding students to participate in philanthropic efforts, such as food collection for Second Harvest Food Bank and fundraising for organizations like the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. These initiatives instill the values of empathy and community responsibility in our students.
At Robinson Elementary School, we are committed to upholding a legacy of excellence in education, community involvement, and student empowerment. Join us in our mission to nurture the potential of each student and create a brighter future for all.
